Customer Questions & Answers

Q1: I hooked this up using just the positive and negative wires and the light comes on and moves across the screen and then the screen just goes off?
A1: This occurs if your “C” terminal is not connected, make sure your “C” terminal is either connected to the battery + or a key switch.
Q2: Meter cannot move to fully charged.
A2: This happens when battery was fully charged but the battery voltage cannot reach to preset fully charged voltage of meter, just disconnect the meter from power and reconnect, meter will reset to full.
Q3: How to install ?
A3: The correct install is hot to the +, ground to the -, and accessory power to the one marked C. Doing that I was able to get the meter to work.
